OUR POLICY IN SIMPLE TERMS
What We Don't Offer:
· No size exchanges or refunds - Please check our size guide carefully before ordering
· No refunds for change of mind
· No returns for worn/washed items
· No refunds for incorrect address provided by customer
What We Do Offer:
· 40% discount on next purchase if item arrives damaged (photo proof required)
· Store credit for genuine manufacturing defects (rare, but it happens)
FULL POLICY DETAILS
1. SIZE & FIT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for size-related issues. Australian sizes can vary between brands, and our print-on-demand process means each order is made specifically for you.
Before ordering:
- Check our detailed size guide
- Measure yourself or a similar garment you own
- When in doubt, size up
Remember: What fits "small" or "large" is subjective. Our size guide provides exact garment measurements in centimeters for objective comparison.
2. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
Process:
- Email photos of the damage to sales@culturewear.com.au within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number in the email
- We'll respond within 48 hours
- If approved: You'll receive a 40% discount code for your next purchase
- You keep the damaged item (no need to return it)
What qualifies as "damaged":
- Print errors (smudged, misaligned, missing parts)
- Fabric defects (holes, stains from manufacturing)
What doesn't qualify:
- Minor fabric variations (normal with natural cotton)
- Slight colour differences (screen vs print variance)
- Minor stitching imperfections (under 1cm)
3. WRONG ITEM SENT
If we accidentally send the wrong design, size, or colour:
We will:
- Send correct item within the regular timeframe (once photo of the wrong provided)
- Add a 10% discount to your next order for the inconvenience
4. CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. As each item is printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot resell returned items.
5. QUALITY GUARANTEE
All our products are made with premium materials and undergo quality checks. The 40% damage discount is our way of acknowledging that while we strive for perfection, occasional issues may arise despite our best efforts.
